Megan & Kevin's Bald Head Island Wedding

I love a trip to Bald Head. I always say you can’t help but smile when you’re on a golf cart!

We rolled up to the bride’s house first to get detail shots. I loved Megan’s dress, so flowy and with hints of pink.

The weather was on and off rain but seemed to hold off whenever we needed. And thankfully our golf carts had the covers to protect the bridal party(and our gear).

This destination wedding was packed! All the love coming all the way from Ireland.

A quick ceremony and we were back outside where once again the rain gave us a break.

Say Hello to the cutest little flower girl. Check out the groom’s gift, personalized flasks.

If you’ve seen my work, you know I love silhouettes and the Old Baldy Lighthouse has one of the sweetest doorways. While the bridge advises against stopping for pictures, I always find that no one says no to a beaming bride.

On the way to the reception I just had to make our bridal party stop in the road. Spanish Moss trees make the most magical of borders against their coral gowns and navy blue suits.

It was a hot humid day in North Carolina but this groomsman kept it together by taking advantage a box fan near the bridal suite at the Shoals Club.

Details, details, details and a delicious coconut cake!

Once again the rain held off long enough for us to take advantage of the moody clouds and perfect wind.

With family and friends coming from so far away they were ready to party and kept the Shoals Club full of laughter. Congrats Megan and Kevin!
